The Tessilmare Radial is meticulously designed for the maritime industry and can be assembled in just minutes. Installation is straightforward; it involves securing rail segments to the surface of the boat and placing the outer cover over the rail. The cover can be comfortably unrolled from a volume reel, and the included end caps complete the installation process.
A significant advantage of the Radial Rub Rail is its direct installation method, which does not require specialized tools. Its flexible PVC cover allows for easy adjustment, even in colder temperatures, eliminating the need for heating. Once installed, the rail segments are completely concealed by the cover, providing a sleek and aerodynamic appearance.
The kit includes all essential components: a continuous roll of soft rail cover, the required number of semi-rigid vinyl mounting rail sections, two vinyl end caps, and a vinyl joint cap.
This patented protection system consists of two main components:
- A robust bar that can be securely affixed to the boat using screws or rivets, without the need for special tools.
- A flexible rubber profile that connects to the base. This seamless insert is available on custom-cut reels to minimize waste.
