The installation process is straightforward; it involves securely attaching the track segments to the boat's hull and ensuring the outer cover over the track. The cover can be easily unrolled from a spool, and the included end caps complete the installation.
One of the main benefits of the Radial Rub Rail is its simple installation, requiring no specialized tools. Its flexible PVC cover allows for easy fitting, even in cooler temperatures, eliminating the need for heating.
Once installation is complete, the track segments are fully concealed beneath the cover, resulting in a sleek and polished appearance.
The kit includes all necessary components:
- A continuous roll of soft rail cover
- The appropriate number of semi-rigid vinyl mounting track sections
- Two vinyl end caps
- A vinyl joint cap
This patented fender system consists of two main components:
- A sturdy bar that can be securely attached to the boat using screws or rivets, without the need for specialized tools.
- A flexible rubber profile that connects to the base. This seamless insert is available in custom-cut coils to minimize waste.
The Radial PVC rails can be manually bent in any direction without heating. They assemble 70% faster, are cost-effective, easy to repair, and quick to reassemble.
The end caps and plugs are available in two materials: PVC and stainless steel. The Radial is suitable for all marine applications, including boats and yachts with box joints.
For installation, simply secure the duralene bar using screws or Sika adhesive, then slide the fender profile over the bar. The fender profile of a boat can blend both aesthetics and functionality.
