This UC128-OBF cylinder is equipped with a robust stainless steel rod, reliable seals, and link assemblies. It's tailored for simple installation and is compatible with nearly all two-stroke and four-stroke outboard motors available on the market today.
It is recommended to use this cylinder with the helm models UP25, UP28, UP33, and UP39, along with pre-assembled hoses (Kit OB and Kit OB/R5). For configurations requiring two UC128-OBF cylinders, it is necessary to purchase a standard UC128-OBF cylinder (with the link arm on the starboard side) and a UC128P-OBF cylinder (with the link arm on the port side). Please refer to the coupling rods section to select the appropriate model for dual engine and dual cylinder setups.
Applications: The UC128-OBF front mount cylinder is not intended for installations where boat speeds exceed 55 mph (48 knots) or 65 mph (56 knots) in dual engine, dual cylinder, and counter-rotation applications. It is not designed for racing use.
