The Tessilmare Radial is expertly crafted for the nautical sector and can be installed in just minutes. This patented fender design consists of two main components:
- A robust bar that can be easily attached to the boat using screws or rivets, without the need for specialized tools.
- A flexible rubber profile that connects to the base. This seamless insert is available in custom-cut rolls, minimizing waste.
The Radial PVC rub rails can be manually bent in any direction without the need for heating. They are 70% faster to assemble, cost-effective, easy to repair, and quick to reinstall.
Union and end caps are available in two materials: PVC and stainless steel. The Radial is ideal for all marine uses, including boats and yachts with box joints.
For installation, simply secure the duralumin bar using screws or Sika adhesive, and then slide the fender profile over the bar. A boat's fender profile can be both elegant and practical. Tessilmare's patented fender profiles combine high durability with elegance and affordability. Their innovative designs have transformed the appearance of traditional rub rails.

The installation process is quick and straightforward; it involves securing rail sections to the hull and snapping the outer cover over the rail. The cover can be comfortably unrolled from a large spool, and the included end caps complete the installation.

Its flexible PVC cover allows for easy adjustment, even in cold conditions, eliminating the need for heating. Once installed, the rail sections are completely covered by the cover, providing a smooth and aerodynamic appearance.
The kit includes everything you need: a continuous roll of soft rub cover, the correct amount of semi-rigid vinyl mounting rail sections, two vinyl end caps, and a cover cap for the vinyl union.
