Freshwater Pressure System CEM EPC 24V 90 L/min (J iNOX EPC)
The EPC (Electronic Pressure Control) freshwater pressure system offers automatic start and stop functionality, ensuring efficient operation. The pump ceases operation when water is unavailable and resumes once water is detected again. Featuring a stainless steel pump and impeller, this system guarantees durability and reliability.
Key Features of the EPC System:
- Automatic Shutdown: The pump automatically stops when the water supply is depleted, protecting it from damage due to dry operation.
- Operational Monitoring: The system includes indicator lights for continuous monitoring. A green light indicates the pump is operational, while a red light signals a fault, indicating that the pump is not functioning due to an issue such as lack of water.
- Consistent Water Pressure: The system maintains a steady water pressure during delivery, with smaller dimensions compared to traditional pressure tanks.
The fresh water pressure systems equipped with the EPC electronic control are widely used in the nautical sector, providing adequate and consistent water pressure for various onboard fixtures, including showers, sinks, and toilets.
The C.E.M. water pressure systems, featuring the EPC electronic control system, are designed for automatic pump management. The EPC system controls the start and stop functions of the pump when pressure drops or when the water supply is interrupted, offering several advantages:
- Pump Automatic Shutdown: The pump stops automatically when the water supply is exhausted, preventing damage from dry running.
- Operational Monitoring: Warning lights provide constant feedback on the system status: a green light indicates the pump is active, while a red light signals a failure due to an anomaly, such as water depletion.
- Constant Pressure: The system ensures consistent pressure during water distribution.
- Compact Design: The overall dimensions are smaller compared to traditional pressure systems with tanks.
In case of water scarcity, the EPC device allows the pump to attempt brief restarts at regular intervals to independently check for water availability. If the pump successfully draws water during one of these attempts (up to a maximum of four), the pressure boost will resume normal operation. After four unsuccessful attempts, the EPC device will completely stop the pump, which can only be restarted by pressing the
