316 Stainless Steel gas spring lifts are designed for the controlled opening and closing of doors, hatches, lockers, portholes, and engine compartments. These lifts should be paired with end fittings of your choice, which can be screwed onto the threaded ends. The 8mm eye end fittings are available with M6 or M8 threads, while the 10mm ball end fittings also come with M6 or M8 threads. The open length (L) refers to the length of the spring when fully extended, calculated at the center hole of the end fittings (sold separately). The closed length (L) indicates the length of the spring when fully compressed, also calculated at the center hole of the end fittings (sold separately).
