The base of the Quiet Flush E2 can be rotated to the left, right, or back of the bowl, allowing multiple installation options. The discharge pump can also be rotated 180 degrees to match the orientation of the base, ensuring that plumbing directs to the rear of the toilet. Straight and 90-degree discharge ports are available for straightforward installation.

For fresh water flushing on board, the Quiet Flush E2 comes equipped with a solenoid valve, quick-connect port connectors, a ½ inch (15 mm) inlet, a ¾ inch (19 mm) outlet, and an integrated mesh filter. A double check valve is included to prevent drinking water contamination, and the system can be mounted in any orientation.
