Each 90-liter cooler is equipped with three high-strength injection-molded hinges that open beyond 90 degrees, eliminating the need for ties to hold the lids open.

The wall thickness ranges from 80 mm at the lid, where insulation is critical, to 40 mm to 45 mm at the base and sides. This design provides excellent thermal insulation without adding excessive weight.
