AV Hatch Lift Elevators
The AV hatch lift elevators are specialized electromechanical devices designed for maritime use in recreational vessels. They enable effortless opening and closing of heavy hatches including engine compartments, bow tanks, hatch beams, and more. With just a push of a button, you can position the hatch from fully closed to fully open.
An internal self-locking mechanism securely holds the hatch in place, preventing accidental closures. These lightweight electric linear hatch lifts can be installed individually, making them perfect for accessing deck hatches and engine room doors, even in partially open positions.

The AV hatch lift can be installed individually or as part of a dual cylinder system for heavier loads, depending on your lifting requirements.
- Maximum load for single installations: 1200N (120 kg / 265 lbs)
- Maximum load for dual installations: 2400N (240 kg / 529 lbs)
- Do not exceed maximum load limits.
The hatch lift features a telescopic stainless steel rod for manual opening during emergencies, a circuit breaker to prevent accidental overloads, and electronic stops at both closed and fully open positions.
